Our Machines

DEW / PLASTIC DROP PRINT MACHINE: AX 11

The Dew Drop print machine mimics the natural dew formation on textiles by using a resin paste. Adding pigments to the paste can create colorful dew-like effects on fabrics and craft paper. Similarly, the Plastic Drop print machine initially produces a milky white paste, which can be transformed into various colors by adding colored foils or pigments. Special rotary screens allow for different patterns and droppings in the printing process.

ARTEX MAKE PLC BASED UNIVERSAL EMBOSS MACHINE: AX 29

MODEL: AX: 29XXX+

MODEL: AX: 29XXX++

Three distinct processes are available:

1. Light Emboss: This process creates a superficial emboss effect on the fabric using the machine, typically designated as “AX: 29XXX+.”

2. Male/Female Emboss: This method achieves a raised emboss effect as per the design’s specifications.

3. Paper Transfer Emboss: In this process, both paper and fabric pass through the design roll, facilitating the transfer of dye to the fabric during the emboss print.

FLOCKING LINE

The Flocking Line process involves applying binder coating to fabric, leading to the formation of a pile. Subsequently, the residual pile is collected during pre-drying with heat setting and brushing, followed by inspection and packaging. Flocking on fabrics can be applied either uniformly or in specific patterns, with pile lengths ranging from 0.2 mm to 10 mm. Pile materials include Rayon (0.3 – 1.5 mm for garments) and Nylon (0.5 – 1.0 mm for garments and shoes, 2-10 mm for car sheets), bonded with a softening and anti-washable emulsion-type binder. Flocked pile fabrics find applications in garments, shoes, furniture, and various other products. Numerous flocking models are available to meet specific client requirements.

FOIL / SMOG TRANSFER PRINT MACHINE: AX 23

FOIL/ SMOG PRINT TRANSFER PRINT MACHINE:AX 23

The Foil Transfer Print: (Bronzing)

FOIL STAMPING MACHINE: AX 40

AX 40XXX++

Used for roll to roll & piece to piece (garment)

AX 40XXX+++

Two way high speed Foil Stamping machine

The AX 40 Foil Stamping Machine operates in several stages. First, adhesive is applied to the textile through a Flat Bed or Rotary Screen. The adhesive-coated textile and foil roll pass through the Foil Stamping Machine, where a hot stamping device transfers the foil to the textile. In the subsequent stage, the textile and foil are separated and individually wound. Roll-to-roll foil stamping can be done in various shades, colors, and designs, including small, raised effects, especially for large quantity orders. This machine with a standard working width of 1600-2200 mm is ideal for highlighting specific areas of garments, screens, dress materials, and furnishings. It is available in models AX 40XXX+, AX 40XXX++, and AX 40XXX+++, with optional PLC models for folded or roll-to-roll fabric.

GLITTER SCATTERING MACHINE
